Craig Chung is a U.S.-based talent strategist and recruiting architect with nearly 20 years of hiring experience — from high-volume operations to retained executive search.

As founder of Cardinal Consulting Group, he runs retained searches and advises companies on talent strategy — scorecard-led, market-mapped, and accountable to the outcome.

Earlier, as Director of Talent Acquisition at Pansophic Learning, he led a 13-person team supporting 100+ sites, cutting vacancy from 16% to 2% across roughly 1,700 hires a year and delivering about $2M in insourcing savings. At Insightsoftware he led global technical recruiting across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
